What is missing in Digital Apex’s offer compared to the 3rd party developers offerings is the first level service and support that developers usually offer. We will not provide any support for the WordPress items we offer for download. If you need first level service and support from a developer, please consider buying the appropriate support license directly from the original author.
Alternatively, you can look for a WordPress expert who can provide you paid support, you may contact us at info@digitalapex.pro. We only support for providing the item if there is a problem on downloads and uploads. But we make sure that the item is original and safe.
